Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the comos9 website accessible at comos9.wine and all related subdomains or applications operated by the company.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the comos9 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a member to access comos9 services.
• "Real Money" refers to funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or cryptocurrency deposited into an account by a member.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, offer, or incentive granted to a member in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable funds.

Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account at comos9. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using a different name, email address, mobile number, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. comos9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or passport, for the purposes of age verification and anti-money laundering compliance.

Account registration is open only to individuals aged 21 and above. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited, and comos9 will close any account found to be owned by an individual below the minimum age without any compensation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

comos9 supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH. The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20 regardless of the payment method chosen.

The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawal processing times are between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the method chosen and the internal verification required. comos9 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, however blockchain network fees may apply for cryptocurrency transactions.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified account in the name of the same member. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. comos9 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that require further investigation for security and compliance purposes.

Bonuses and Promotions

The comos9 Welcome Bonus offers a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum value of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.

As an example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000. If you deposit RM1,200, the maximum bonus received is RM500 (not RM1,200), bringing your balance to RM1,700. Your wagering requirement is RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.

comos9 offers a VIP programme with four membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback offered is up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, up to 0.8% for Gold, and up to 1.0% for Platinum. Tier upgrades depend on your overall betting activity and account record.

comos9 reserves the right to modify, end, or add promotions at any time. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including through coordination across multiple accounts or irregular betting strategies, may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Game Rules

Each game on the comos9 platform has its own specific rules accessible through the game interface. Those individual game rules form part of these general terms and should be read and understood before playing.

Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) and the licensed game provider's software systems. comos9 does not modify or influence the outcome of any game. Any technical decisions or disputes relating to game outcomes will be resolved based on the authoritative server records.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the comos9 platform and may result in immediate disciplinary action, including permanent account closure:

• Registering or using multiple accounts by a single individual, even using different personal information.
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs, system errors, or weaknesses in the bonus structure.
• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained through illegal activities onto the platform.
• Identity fraud, document forgery, or providing false information during registration or account verification.
• Any form of collusion or cooperation between players to take advantage of other players or the platform.

Account Closure and Suspension

comos9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or a request from the relevant authorities.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure is subject to the settlement of all pending transactions and fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any real money balance that has not been withdrawn may be placed on hold while the investigation is completed. Any bonus funds or promotional credits will be cancelled immediately upon account closure for breach.

Disclaimer of Liability

Personal information collected during the registration process and use of the platform is used solely for account management, fraud prevention, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

comos9 will not sell, transfer, or disclose members' personal information to third parties without the member's consent, except as required by law or direction from a lawful authority.

Governing Law
